Delhi-6 Indian Bistro

I had a perfect dining experience! Great food and atmosphere, nice staff and excellent service! We ordered lamb samosa with chickpea curry, goat curry, chicken tikka butter masala, with a garlic naan and basmati rice. First came the samosa. Crispy outside, stuffed with ground lamb, paired with two kinds of sauce. Chickpea curry was also delicious with generous portion - that could be a single dish on the menu! The goat curry was strong and flavorful, full of the scent of spices and herbs, and the bone-in goat meat was so tender. The chicken dish was milder, creamy and rich texture, with tangy tastes of tomatoes and onions. I love both of them! The garlic naan and rice went perfectly with the gravy... Also, I would give 120 out of 100 for the service. The manager and all of the staff were so nice, generous and helpful. They introduced the dishes with passion and patience, filled our cups with water timely, change dishes between courses... They were so considerate for every single detail!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Excellent Meal and Great Value I had a wonderful dining experience at Delhi 6 Indian Bistro. We ordered a variety of dishes—including the Chit Chat and Chaat, Mix Non-Veg Platter, Coconut Lamb Curry, Mughlai Chicken Korma, and a couple of naans and everything was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The Chit Chat and Chaat was refreshing and the Rasmalai was a pleasant surprise that finished the meal on a sweet note. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the service overall was smooth and welcoming. The final total came to just over $100 for three people, which felt very reasonable given the quality and variety of food we enjoyed. I’d happily return and definitely recommend Delhi 6 for anyone looking for rich, comforting Indian cuisine in Vancouver.

Excellent place. The environment is clean and comfortable, service is quick, and the staff treats you with respect. The food is the real highlight — fresh, flavourful, and tastes like proper Indian home cooking. Easily one of the best spots around. The best person we ever met, Amit and Yoona.

Beautiful elegant restaurant! Super nice people. Genuine smile and hospitality. I was picking up my food and saw an Uber driver collecting food and asked for a cup of water. They asked if he wants something else besides water. That melted my heart. Great people great food great hospitality

celebrated my birthday here and had the best experience ever! The food was absolutely delicious, from the paneer tikka, lamb chops, and garlic naan to the kadhai paneer, chicken tikka masala, and roasted cauliflower, every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection The drinks were amazing and super refreshing The ambience was warm, elegant, and perfect for any celebration And a huge shoutout to the staff — their service was truly outstanding, so polite and attentive throughout Highly recommend this place if you want great food, great vibes, and an unforgettable dining experience!

I recently visited Delhi-6 Indian Bistro with my husband. Since I had never tried Indian cuisine before, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. To our delight, the entire experience turned out to be wonderfully memorable. We started with the Lamb Samosa with Chickpea Curry as our appetizer, followed by Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan and Coconut Lamb Curry for our main courses. Every dish was full of rich, vibrant flavors. I especially enjoyed pairing the garlic naan with the butter chicken—the creamy tomato-based sauce soaked into the naan, making each bite incredibly satisfying. As for my husband, he especially loved the lamb samosa and chickpea curry. The samosa was perfectly crunchy on the outside, while the lamb filling inside was well-seasoned and fragrant. The chickpea curry added a complementary layer of flavor that paired beautifully with the samosa. That’s not to say the coconut lamb curry wasn’t good—on the contrary, it was also very flavorful and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. They were happy to explain the dishes and made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. They refilled our water promptly and replaced used utensils with clean ones without us even needing to ask. We had a wonderful experience here, and we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian cuisine or is eager to try it for the first time.

High quality Indian food in a great location. Have had the biryani multiple times and it’s one of my favourites in there city. It has lots of mint leaves, caramelized onions and lots of spices. Such a fragrant dish, and not too spicy. Service is great, and the decor inside is nice as well.

This place really is a hidden gem. It's my go-to place for Indian cuisine in Vancouver - I've been here many times and the food has always been great and very flavorful. I also love their cocktail creations. Amit, Iqbal and the entire team are fantastic and really know how to take good care of their guests.
